What are some really good colleges/university's for music education?

well there is that college called berklee , http://www.berkleemusic.com/   very expensive, you need a full scholarship to afford it.

My son is majoring in Music Education at VCU (Virginia Commonwealth University) in Richmond, Virginia, USA
