  1. Try skin ID it's personalized.

If you tried all the above as you say and used it 100% the best advice if none of them worked is see a dermatologist.

  2. visit www.acne.org

I have been using their recommended regimen and the number of zits has really dropped.

Basically, it's gentle washing twice a day, peroxide gel, and light moisturizer.

  3. Anything they sell OTC in the pharmacies will NOT work..they are all junk.

Try murad acne system, you can get it at sephora. Way better then proactive.

  4. 1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

    2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

    3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.

  5. Samantha S, I started having really bad acne problems beginning when I was 13. I had acne on my shoulders that was making me self-concious. I tried Proactiv, Murad, Aceneticin, and even the Asso Gold Cleaning Bar with limited results. I wound up calling a local dermatologist. After 5 months almost all of my acne cleared up. I suggest you try calling a local dermatologist that can help. http://www.homeacnecare.com

  6. GO SEE A LOCAL DERMATOLOGIST! I am a 14 year old male and have some acne. Before i got prescribed Accutane, it was pretty bad. Irritaded, inflamed, dry, and break outs often. Accutane is basically the best medication out there. You take pills (YES! PILLS! No more using 10 steps+ when cleaning your face!) for about 5-7 months. I am on month 2 of it and am seeing derastic changes already!

The dermatologist said that Accutane usually elimates acne for the rest of your life! But because I am younger then some patients, it could come back in my early 20's, in which I can take it again. the side affects are extra dryness on the face, eyes, senstiveness to the sun, and LIPS VERY MUCH! It is a pretty high cost, and you need to see the dermatologist once a month. But I would say that it is worth it, seeing that you won't need to spend much more money on over the counter products after you are done.

SO I VERY MUCH RECOMEND GOING TO THE DERMATOLOGIST!!! They know a lot more about your face then companies who make over priced products not especially designed for you! If you are still not convinced, then google image search accutane before and after pictures and you will finally see the amazingly awesome affects of Accutane! I am extremely glad that my parents took me and are spending the money on the treatment!

  7. neutrogena, clearisil, acnesize,Acne Solutions Emergency Gel Lotion by Clinique,Persa Gel by Johnson and Johnson etc.

  8. Aloe Vera is considered as the top alternative to over the counter acne medications. It is a most popular home remedy for acne. Aloe Vera can be applied in liquid form to the facial area, it will remove excess oil and heal your acne. Mixing in freshly ground orange peel can make it even more effective.Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .
