Question:

What are some really good workouts?

I leave for boot camp in 10 weeks for the Air Force. I am in good shape but I want to make sure I am ready. I workout now but basically just pushups, situps and bicep curls. So if anyone knows anything else that would be amazing.

If you can't explain it then just give me the name and I will look it up online.

Thank you sooooo much!

  1. Since you already workout the only thing I would recommend is to run and do some cardio if you're not already. This increases your overall energy levels, makes you more alert, and good cardio conditioning can help with any unexpected exercise/drills that they throw at you.  I'm ex-Navy and know from others that Navy and AF bootcamp is more mental than physical.....I'm not saying it will be a breeze, but it's nothing like the Army or Marines physically.  If you're already in decent shape you'll do fine on the PT part.  Best of Luck.

  2. Do planks. With those, just lay one elbow on the floor and your feet on the ground, facing sideways, and hold your body straight for as long as you can. It'll work your abs SO well, and give you awesome waist definition.

Squats tone your butt and thighs nicely, too.
