What are some really low calorie meals?

Would like to keep the calorie content between 400-500 calories or lower.

Not just a salad. Any Ideas will help :)

Buy whole wheat flat bread or bread for making wraps, even whole wheat flour tortillas, fresh vegetables such as tomatoes, avocados, lettuce, onions, cucumber, bean sprouts, low fat cheese, meat such as ham or chicken breast, and low fat salad dressing such as Italian.

  6. buy frozen chopped vegetables like frozen chopped broccoli or spinach or coil flower.  and put it with chicken, a hamburger or a morning star grillers original veggie burger.  good luck.

  8. Try the vegetarian substitute for meat (Quorn) to replace normally calorie consuming meals like lasagne etc.

    It is really really low fat and low in calories too!
