What are some reasonably priced broadband and telephone services in the greater toronto area.?

I had rogers internet but it is either too expensive or too slow depending on plan. For telephone services are there any good plans for long distance (north america)

Try COMWAVE   I have that in Alberta and they are out of Ontario. Dirt cheap and good quality.
