What are some reasons people like to snowboard?

It's much easier to learn than skiing.  And when you bail on skis all your gear comes flying off and you have to get your friends to collect it for you.  When you bail on a snowbaord you just roll over and get back up.  Of course it's easier to not bail at all!

for me its doing something that i love..its beautiful.. its fun..i love the views from the top..i just look around & know how lucky i am..

I don't think about anything else when I snowboard. Plus it's sexier than skiing.

If your a dude (which it looks like you arent) you can't rack yourself on a board. =D (as easily)

honestly i dont know i ski and i prefer skiing, but thats just me.
