What are some reasons that the Government should NOT offer grants to students?

Some of the students.....scratch that a lot of them blow it on things other than school...it's a drain...

-Higher cost of skilled labor for businesses.

-Less tax revenue, because more people make less money.

-the people believe what they hear on talk radio.
