  1. well if you love them you shouldnt eat them i mean if you love them so much you pasion for animals would make you not eat them you know that how i am.

  2. Lets get one thing straight-to be an animal lover you must love all animals-love is not classifyed as slaughter and eating.  I think of it as a house dog tho I will never meet them or see them I show compasion by letting them live.  Back to the house dog---since you eat meat its the same as why not eat dog or cat or human why target a set of animals they deserve all equality and a life to live.  Who really wants to be born, made fat, kill, and eaten, not me or anyone i can find.

    Go VEG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  3. i'm not realy a full vegetarian i am a pescatarian(someone who is a vegitarian but eats fish) but here is one of my resonings: most people say dead animals are gross and get freaked out if they even SEE a dead pigeon, and then they go home and eat a dead animals. I find it verry hipocritical.

i personaly am a semi-vegitarian because i dont think it if fair to cage a creature in unimaginabley bad conditions only for it to wait to die and be eaten. my only reasoning as to why i still eat fish is because it is caught in its natural inviroment and is allowed to expirience life before being caught, and also because fish does actualy have a lot of good vitamins in it that are hard to supliment. i would be love to be a full vegetarian but the way my life is right now i cant.  but for people looking to being a vegetarian, pescatarianism is a good bridge to making the switch a gradual process.

  4. Go on youtube, search "meet your meat" and see if it motivates you a bit. You should be vegan or vegatarian if its something you feel strongly about. You will be healthier aslong as you eat right on a vegatarian or vegan diet and you will also be doing good for the enviroment not to mention just doing the right thing. Even if your not vegan or vegatarian you could still do things suck as not buying fur or leather, not buying animal tested products and cutting down on meat and other food produced from animals. Use google and research things, look at fur farms and what kind of "research" they do on animals and stuff. It might give you the push you need to stop supporting what they do. By purchasing animal products your almost certainly funding murder and/or torture.

  5. Personally, I am one because I like to show compassion towards a living thing. It was put on this earth for a reason, which I believe was not to be killed. We all have a purpose, not just humans.

  6. The only reason to become a vegetarian is if you have a moral objection to eating meat. You can be healthy while including meat in your diet, you just need a balanced diet. So, do what you like, you're the one that has to live with the diet.

  7. I think that you should continue to eat them.

  8. Well the first and obvious one, to save animals. And yes it really does save animals, since the demand goes down along with the supply when more people become vegetarians.

But if you don't care about animal rights, there are plenty of other reasons.

-Your health: If you practice the vegetarian diet correctly (instead of just taking every meal the same minus the meat) You can avoid plenty of disease. Heart disease, cancer and obesity, and most food sicknesses such as salmonella and mad cow disease are all things that vegetarians will almost never have.

-Help the environment: A study showed that producing, packaging, and slaughtering animals produces more greenhouse gases than all the cars in America combined. This means that if you became a vegetarian, you would help the environment more than if you stopped driving for the rest of your life.

-Stand up for workers rights: Vegetarianism is a direct protest to the horrible working conditions in the meat packing industry.

There is plenty of other reasons, along with many books that could help.

  9. If you really loved animals you wouldn't eat them...don't get mad at me but that's almost hypocritical...

    Look at this  http://www.goveg.com/feat/chewonthis/che...

This is a list of 30 reasons to become a vegetarian...there actually is a video that goes with this...but...this works just as well...they talked about the same things...

There are some very good reason though...like it can be better for your health and the food used to feed the animals going to slaughter houses could be used to feel the hungry in other countries...and things like that. READ IT!

  10. This is all i have to say.

    Go to "www.peta2.com"

You will not want to eat meat again.

    It made me feel TERRIBLE.

    I dont eat meat anymore.

  11. Because the animals we eat (even free-range) typically suffer incredible amounts of pain.  Watch the youtube video called "Meet your meat".  That will answer this question.

Also, your risk for many diseases including heart disease go way WAY down.

Despite common rhetoric from avid meat eaters, you CAN get all the nutrients you need from sources other than animals.

  12. animals are not just made to be eaten and the way they are rised is very cruel

also it is very healthy to go vegetarian

  13. Read the book called "Fast Food Nation"/ You may have second thoughts about eating meat after that !
