What are some reasons to open a conenience store?

I am doing a presentation on opening a business in an actual business building. does anyone have any suggestions on why? and the advatages?

I can give you two quick answers as to why you don't want to do that business:  Labor & Being a slave to the business.  Let me give you another option.
