What are some recipe ideas for young children to help with?

I have a little 4 yo sister who loves helping me cook, what could she help me make?

I was thinking pizza or something...

i have a 4 year old niece and she is the same way. the solution to this problem is to let them mix up the ingredients to any dish that u are making. u can cook whatever u want just let her do all the mixing and and stirring in the bowls.
