What are some recipes for silly putty?

There are many, but the basic 3 I have seen the most are:

~2 parts Elmers glue + 1 part liquid starch (some people use different variations of this recipe....I think it depends on the water content of the brand of glue & starch)

~Epsom salt dissolved in water then mixed with Elmers glue

~Borax solution mixed with Elmers glue

In my personal experience, the liquid starch and glue is the most like actual silly putty...the other recipes are more like flubber, gak, Oobleck, etc....
