What are some recipes (or just ideas) for bite size black and white appetizers??

no desserts i already have tons of those. its for a gallery and since its summer, it needs to not be messy or melty. it also helps if i can make it in advance and presentation is just as important as taste

  1. cream cheese pinwheels with black olives.

    recipes galore with different seasonings online for the recipe.


  2. My daughter always puts out a softened 8-oz cream cheese, and just puts a cheap jar of black caviar over the top of it;  serves with crackers .......

    Devilled eggs with dabs of black caviar on top  ...  marinated tiny balls of fresh mozzarella cheese (you can get them in marinade in the store)- mix with black olives & serve with toothpicks

  3. Scottish Black pudding cut into bite size pieces

    Blackberries, Black cherries, on cocktail sticks

    Black olives and cheese on cocktail sticks

    Black beans, black mushrooms, black olives, mozzarella pizza

    Black mushrooms stuffed with mozzarella, spices and black rice

    White fish fillets wrapped in black seaweed

    You can get wraps that are Grey/black so you could put your filling in them and roll them up and cut them into sections, so the come out in little bite size circles.

    theyre always a huge hit. look on the site for lots of pictures of plating ideas. you can make a cheese "igloo" to go with them and serve with crackers

    they are a bit time consuming but you can make them a couple days before and keep them in the fridge. and theyre really fun to make.

  6. first take a frying pan and but a little bit of olliv eoil in it the turn it on medium and dice up a chicken brest and put it on the frying pan then  pour triyaki sauce on  it but not to much because of all the salt the put just a little but of garlic poweder on it and cook it till its done the teiyaki will crust up and look burnt but realy you want to take that annd use it as a dippiing sauce then itll taste real gooooooooooooooooooooooood
