What are some relatively safe legal natural highs?

Question

Before everyone jumps in and tells me how stupid I am... I'm asking this on behalf of my brother (the stupid one), in some lame effort to get him off of all the s**t he's doing now without getting our parents involved, seeing as how they'd most likely kick him out of the house or ship him off to purgatory if they found out...

I'm worried about him, and seeing as how it's highly unlikely he'd ever give up drugs altogether, maybe he could at least keep himself under control with something milder, and at least relativaly safer and/or legal.

Short of being "high on life" or becoming a Christian there are no safe and legal natural highs.

Many people who run or exercise vigorously refer to a runner's high.

Sadly, I doubt He'd accept this instead of his drug of choice.

Many times the person will not quit as long as people "enable" them to continue. If you don't let your parents know what he's doing and he overdoses, how will you feel then?  It's hard to be the strong one, but I'd honestly advise you to tell your parents and let them BE parents. You should not be trying to be the parent to your brother, its too big of a job for you.  I'm really sorry you are in this rough spot. I will pray for you and him and your parents, its a bad place to be in!

edit: google salvia divinorum and read carefully before recommending to brother. Psychedelics are not to be messed with randomly - I can't think this is a good idea!

if he's on pot, relax.  if he's doing psychadelics, dont worry.  if hes doing other stuff, you should tell him that you will get your parents involved if he doesnt start doing pot and pot only.  you should smoke a bowl or two with him. you would be pretty tight in his eyes.

i wish i could smoke bowls with my brother.  too bad he's 11.

There aren't any. That is why drugs are illegal. Because they get you high. So there are no highs out there except for stuff that's illegal. Believe me, I've tried.
