  1. Grants and contracts for service from local and state governments, local businesses and local branches of large corporations, local universities, national and international NGOs, and, ofcourse, individuals.

    You can also look into charging clients fees for service -- nonprofit theaters sell tickets, for instance, many low-cost clinics ask patients to pay what they can, and Goodwill collects, repairs and sells donated items to fund it's programs that help people get back-to-work. Just make sure whatever service you are charging for relates directly to your mission. Check with a lawyer or nonprofit support center for more info.


  2. Raffles, Bingo, Casino night, Pancake breakfasts, Omelet breakfast(Amer.Legion) Crab feeds....you gotta do it yourself kiddo.

    Seriously some cities/counties/states offer grants to charitable programs/orgs.
