The herb Butterbur is an extremely effective herbal remedy.  I've heard that it is just as effective as Allegra and other allergy medications without side effects!

Make sure you get it without compunds called  pyrrolizidine alkaloids.  These are toxic compounds that can harm the liver.

Petadolex is a brand name from the company Enzymatic Therapy that is really good.

There is a natural supplement that I take and it works well.  It is called HAS.  It is in a white bottle with a yellow cap.  You can get it at a health store.
