  1. These are the flatworms:  planaria, flukes, tapeworms.

    No circulatory system, just diffusion.

    Many of the flatworms are parasitic, so their reproductive strategy is to make as many offspring as possible to improve the chance that some will survive and get into a new host.  Tapeworms contain complete male and female reproductive systems in each proglottid or segment, so they can produce thousands upon thousands of fertilized eggs.
