  1. the Marine Corps PFT(physical fitness test) is a minimum 3 pull ups, i think 65 sit ups in 2 mins and 3 miles under 27 mins or so. Best bet would be start running. Depending on what kind of shape you are currently in you may want to start walking. If you can run 5 miles, run around 5 miles a day at a slower pace then you would run a 3 mile pace. This builds up better stanima and when it comes time to run the 3 miles you will have a quicker time since you will have more stanima. Do lots of crunches. Make sure your hands are on your biceps and your elbows remain on your chest. Come completly up untill your elbows touch your legs. When doing pull ups, do a prymid effect. Do 1, get off the bar. Do 2 get off the bar. Continue untill you get as high as you can and get muscle failure. Then start at your second highest number. Say you can get up to 15. Do 14, then 13, 12, etc...

  2. Run,exercise, run some more, exercise some more, run okay, open your eyes and stop dreaming about it and do it.
