i have some a lot of lights in my garage, and the door is open many times throughout the day, and some insects including flying ones are present. i was wondering how i could safely and efficiently remove these pests using house hold items that could be found around my place.

thanks.

  1. As long as he door is open it seems you have little chance. If you closed the door you could buy a greenhouse fumigator. Like a small firework that lasts about a minute and emits a greyish smoke which insects don't like, they will either leave or die, once every 6 months does the trick.

  2. i found a safe, efficient and fun way to eliminate flies and other bugs in our house. all you need is two ziplock bags. one to catch them and one to store them. no i am not joking, i caught over 60 by now. i would catch flies and put them in a bag with water, then one day, they just stopped coming. my fun was all done, and then one of my friends told me that if you put a fly in a bag of water and have it hanging over your door post that no flies will enter. so that explains it, might work for you? it made sense to me, if i were to think about entering a cave with skulls around the opening i would not go in.

one time, i killed a fly with a sticky hand but i can never do it again. i only did it once. so there are some ideas. have fun.
