What are some safe and natural ways to kill hunger?

I'm trying to eat less but I'm hungry too often. I drink tons of water, so that doesn't help me. i even tried hoodia and that didn't work for me either.

  1. Eat high fiber foods.  Veggies like carrots and celery have a lot of it to hold you over and few calories.  Protein helps a lot too.  Eat a small handful of nuts, a container of yogurt, or a slice of cheese.  You don't have to eat less, just eat smart to lose weight.


  2. My job can get kind of crazy sometimes and I don't have time to eat. A spoonful or two of peanut butter always takes the edge off for me. Protein.  

  3. Actually the best way may be to eat! I'm serious... Try eating smaller portions of healthy foods 5-6 times a day instead of 3 big meals. Your metabolism will stay steady all day and you won't get as hungry. Good luck!

  5. protein burns fat and also fills u up, try protien shakes and protein bars. dont eat or drink anything w/sugar. sugar keeps u hungry and thirsty.

  7. How much weight do you want to lose? If you don't eat enough, you want lose weight, you will gain. Why? because you are slowing your metabolism down

  8. Drink H2O (water) Trust me a bottle will do for about two hours at least!  

  9. Okay, a good system for you would be Weight Watchers. They have the awesome point system. The point system is way easier to follow than counting calories. They can teach you what foods to eat that are nutritious, will keep you full, and will keep you slim at the same time!!
