  1. No, it would not be a starfish, as it has radial symmetry.  

    Any animal that is the same on the right as on the left side, like we are, has bilateral symmetry.  Fish, mammals (whales, dolphins, otters, seals), birds (penguins), reptiles (sea snakes, turtles), arthropods (lobsters, shrimp).  


  2. I was going to say starfish.  

    Almost all fish, dolphins, and whales are bilaterally symmetrical.  The only ones that aren't are the fish with both eyes on the same side of the head.
