What are some side effects of taking too many water pills?

If I take too many water pills what would happen? I don't plan to..just wondering..and how many is too many?

The potassium levels in your body can get too low and cause extreme leg cramps among other things!

I don't think your kidneys would be too happy.  You may become dehydrated, and no matter how many water pills, the second you drink a big glass of water, the water weight is right back on anyway.

Stick to one a day occasionally for puffiness.
