Some signs of Global Warming include:

1) Melting Glaciers in the Arctic and Antarctic;

2) Increasingly longer droughts in the United States, such as the Southwest, as well as over the Gulf Coast states;

3) The level of Carbon Dioxide in the atmosphere increases each year;

4) Average temperatures around the world are rising;

5) Winters are increasingly warmer, with less snow, and Summers are increasingly hotter, with more places reaching 100 + degrees then ever;

6) The increase in the number of powerful Hurricanes in both the Atlantic and Pacific oceans;

7) The Spread of disease-carrying agents, such as mosquitos, which have brought West-Nile to areas such as the Northeastern United States.

To see the signs of climate change, you need to look at the scientifical data. That means tree rings, ice core data, and data from weather stations.

According to the GW fanatics, if it gets warmer or colder it's global warming, if it gets wetter or dryer it's global warming. So whatever happens it is seen as proof of global warming.

This is why it is now seen as a religious doctrine as opposed to a scientific reality. For a concept to be scientific, it must be capable of being shown to be false, since this no longer applies to global warming, it can no longer be considered scientific.

A meterologist colleague explained to me that extreme weather events are generated by the temperature difference betwee the equator and the poles, since the poles warm up and cool down faster than the equator, a warming climate produces fewer, less intense weather events. Exactly the opposite claimed by the global warming alarmists

Mainly,loss of arctic ice over a long time. It was observed that this happens around the north pole, but we have an INCREASE around the south pole.

If ALL the ice will melt, ocean levels will rise significantly and flood all shores-that will be bad. Lets hope that this projection will not happen.
