What are some general signs that a girl likes you? Who do you tell the difference on if it's friendly flirting, or they really like you?

If she genuinely laughs at your jokes and is willing to listen to you and your thoughts then theres a good possibility that she likes you. Also having common likes as far as movies tv, music, books, and other things helps as well.
