  1. Heavy panting is a telltale sign of labor. Sometimes they will go to a corner or some place they like to be. If you have a Whelping Box it would be great. If not, get an old blanket and put it in her favorite spot. When she starts the heavy panting, she is most likely in labor.

  2. Is this the second time you have asked?  at any rate... panting adn hiding are part of the nesting and labor.. you should be having them if not alrady then soon.  Also look for her  to be dripping fluids and laying around a lot. Tempature will drop and milk will express but try not to do that.

here is book you need for even after delivery but if you have time grab it from bookstore and fast.

  3. Heavy panting, Stomach tighten and leaking water/slime! Congratulations on the puppies! Find them great loving homes! You will get rude and mean answers but I think I will also get thumbs down for thinking breeding is ok! So anyway You should try to keep your eye on her and if there's complications call the vet a-s-a-p don't wait! She may need a c-section!

  4. If a ***** (female dog) is pregnant it will hide somewhere safe and out of harms way such as in a closet or under the bed. I heart puppies they are so cute!!!

  5. Well your dog would probably be panting very heavily and you should prepare for a nice warm bed. You should also look up how to take care of the pups. I know that you should get some sterilized scissors just in case the mom doesn't cut the umbilical cord right (cut it one inch from the pup). I'm not completely sure about what you do with the cord, so get some vet help or someone.
