What are some simple & easy high school classes?

Ok, so this year before I know it I will have to choose my classes for high school next year. (I'm in 8th grade right now) I will (obviously) be taking the required classes but does anybody have any suggestions for what other classes I should sign up for? I don't think I'm going to go to college, even though I can, but it's my decision not to, so it's not like I'm trying to take any classes to get into a college. I just want simple & easy classes with not too much work. Any suggestions? Thanks!

  1. Right now, my 'easy' class is Life on Your Own. Today we just sat around and just played the Game of Life. I'm not sure if your district has this requirement, but for us we have to have some occupation classes or something like that to graduate, and this counted as it. If your school offers this class, give it a try!

  2. well it depends what classes your school will have but i think all high schools require a health class its really easy

  3. Check the requirements from your new school to graduate. Most schools, particularly if there is a high number of required classes, will actually have a sample schedule of what you should take your freshman year of high school.  My school had two sets- one geared for those planning to go to college, and one for those planning to enter the workforce after high school. If you get your required classes out of the way in the beginning, you can slack more in your junior and senior years, maybe even taking periods off so you can get a job in the afternoon or do work-study.  Plus, if you fail a class, it gives you plenty of time to make it up without having to worry about summer school or not graduating with your friends, or if you change your mind about not going to college (something that happens a lot when a good number of your class starts prepping for it and everyone starts talking about how exciting it is to leave when you're still stuck at home with your parents), it gives you time to adjust your education as needed.

  4. health class, drama, chior ,band that kind of stuff

  5. foreign language is a helpful class

    it will help you outside

    if you don't like classes,

then how are you going to succeed in school?

    just try to enjoy school:D
