That can be done at home and tone your body?

Also any healthy recipes that can substitute for unhealthy food (pizza, cookies, etc.) would be helpful as well.=]

    SOME GOOD HEALHTY FOODS........ instead of having cookies, a great thing to have is 100 calorie packs. they only have about 100 calories in them, they actually fill you up as a snack, and they actually taste good. a subsittue for pizza is never an ordered pizza, buy frozen pizza whit whole wheat crust, griled chicken or canadian bacon instead of stuff like sausage, and vegetable pizza. alothough i luuvv meat.     SOME EIMPLE EXCIRCISES.... you can do are, lmoving lunges, BOY do they help, especially if you jump up evrytime you swich your legs. another one is crunches, you dont have to do that many at a time, so it's fast, and you only need yourself. another great thign that has been proven is goign to the mall. it may soudn strange,but you ccan go and walk from on eside to the other.
