im 21 and i want to rent the car with my credit card and let someone thats of age like 30 drive the car

Great site, used them before. The minimum age is 25 but if you pay for extra insurance, they let you take it as young as 21 but it does depend on the actual location you go to pick up your rental car so check in advance. And if someone else might be driving the car as well, just add their name (it doesn't cost much extra but at then they are also insured to drive).

Their website's terms and conditions say: If you are under 25 or over 65 years old please inform our reservations staff at the time of booking. Age restrictions may apply in certain destinations, and in some cases there may be a young drivers charge payable locally.
