well all that stuff u c un commercials well doesn't work for me, so i use cetaphil it really works. it helps dry, flaky, red skin as long if u wash you face 2 times a day with it. so hope i helped.

pumice stone...lol sorry i am not sure of the best one, maybe power sander?
