  1. flexibility takes time.

    i stretch 3x a day EVERY day.

    for about 10 min.

do regular sitting stretches, and go into spiral position and hold.

also, do laybacks while holding onto a rail to give a nice back stretch.

when you can do the splitz, lean back as far as possible when in them, then slowly lower your head down to the floor.

    also, backbends are great!

i reccomend doing some yoga and pilates too.

  2. put your leg as high as you can without bending your back. then lower your back while bring your leg higher. Hold for 30 seconds each. then do regular streches. I strech contantly and it helps my skating- like if I wear sweat pants to school, ill do spirals all day

  3. I would suggest touching your toes while standing, reaching for your toes while sitting *for this stretch, practice reaching for your toes while your toes are either: A: flexed or B: pointed*, warming up your spirals off ice, practice a pull up the blade spiral, practice your side split stretch *legs are in a straddle, and you reach for one leg at a time*.  I hope that this helps!
