What are some strong NYU programs?

My mind is set on going to NYU and i was wondering what are some of the strongest programs they have?

All the programs are strong at NYU. NYU is #1 in philosophy, film, finance, certain fields of economics and top ten in just about everything else.

You really shouldn't choose a school and then base what you want to study on what they are best known for; you should instead figure out what you are interested in and then find the best schools for your field.
