What are some substitutes for contact(saline) solution?

I ran out of contact solution and i need something to put my contacts in for 1 night. Maybe bottled water?

NO! Do not use water! Or saliva!

Can you go to the drug store quickly and buy some? Anything else will cause your contacts to become contaminated and you may get an eye infection.

Nothing!!

there is no substitute for contact lens solution, you need to go out and get some from the shop otherwise you will have to throw your lenses away.

if you substitute it with water or any other liquid solution they will just become contaminated and you will end up contracting some eye infection i.e conjunctivitis and you will not be allowed to wear your lenses for a long ime,
