What are some successful and trustworthy talent agencies for teenagers?

I want to earn a little cash on the side and help save up for college more. I really love film and I'm pretty good behind the camera. So I would really find an interest in acting for commercials or maybe teenage modeling...some sort of something where I can show up in an ad or on a tv commercial. But I don't want to be tricked into some scam agency. I would like some names or references of places that offer this and that are well known, honest, and do really well at what they do. Can you help me out?

well its not like you get to pick the agent you want to sign with. They should be the one to accept you. So send your headshot to lots of agent in your area. And a trusted agency takes 10% of your earning and doesnt make you pay to sign with them or any money up front
