  1. Put me on a plane that one of my friends is flying and I will have no stress at all!

  2. Buses operated by Airline should equipped with wireless internet and access only to transit-relative website, flight info, delay info, taxi reservation website, and delay info.

So, while you riding the bus, you could check to see what airlines will be direct, connect or fastest.

    Also, introduce Cell Phone Parking.

For example, if someone in car was waiting, they could wait and use cell phone parking who will get free cell phone.

Also, introduce voice inactive Delay Screen Announcement.

  3. Give real-time updates on delays.  I've seen planes inbound up to two hours delayed, but the departure of the same plane wasn't shown as delayed until 10 min before the scheduled departure.  I used to work in air freight. The relative indifference to the problems caused by airline delays is frightening.

  4. I suppose I don't find it stressful.  I'm aware there is only so much that can be done to facilitate easy travel.  I'm at the mercy of weather and mechanical problems and I don't mind the airlines taking their time with either to ensure my safety.

It could be more comfortable - more leg room etc. but at the same time, I understand that they are limited by space, number of passengers, FAA approve routes etc.
