Sweetheart, PLEASE dont listen to these men, I can assure you they are both scammers.

I'm afraid the lowest age I've seen in legit survey taking websites is 14 years old.

If I were you I would consider talking to my parents about refering you to some of their friends for odd jobs and things like babysitting or lawnmowing.  I know that's tough, but you'll have to stick it out.

You can tell those guys are scammers because he does not mention being 12 in ANY of the other 5 million posts he did today.  And the other guys' trying to work off that too.  Please don't fall for it, and when you are old enough, DON'T put any money into it.  Good companies will pay YOU.
