  1. take it slowly

    you dont wanna reinjure it


  2. It is always best to start out training as if it was your first time training. That is take it gently.

    Also calfs can be a little tricky, so you need to assess why/how you got injured and put some preventative measures in, such as some stretches before and after a run, regular massage, check shoes condition regularly etc., so you do not do it again.
