What are some things I can do at home with 9 month baby and 4 year old?

We go out together a lot, but at home the baby messes up big bro's train tracks when we're in the same room and any art activity means the baby is stuck in some sort of chair (which he's not cool with :)

Play music and dance, Play with blocks or roll a ball on the floor, do finger paint but you help the baby of course paint that washes easily.Those a few things I do with my children.

Send your 4 year old to preschool.   My kids loved it..it's learning through play and gets them out of the house, socialized and ready for Kindergarten.
