What are some things I can do to entertain my granddaughters when they come this summer?

One is 14, and is interested in art and music. The other one is 10, and likes sports. Thanks for any suggestions you can give me. I would like for 10 and 14 year old girls to answer if possible.

Well i am 15

i went to my grandmas house by myself for 2 weeks.

We went shopping, water park, visited relatives in the area, and worked on various puzzles.

I'm 10 and they should do anything to entertain themselves that the care for. If the youngest likes sports let her play them at the park. If the 14 year old likes music buy her an i-pod or send her to www.youtube.com it's videos. music videos and others. It's funny. It contains music I'm sure she'll like it

Get your local paper and look for the free activity pages, that way you can offer them a large choice of places to go to and things to do.

I was a house husband for 11 years bringing up my now 17 year old daughter, and this is what i did.

I like it when she recalls some of the places we went to and asks how come we went there and how great it was.
