What are some things i can do outside of kenpo classes that can help me become better at it?

  1. Practice your basic punches, kicks, blocks, and stances 10 times every day for 3 years.

    Once you've done these moves 10,000 times, they become second nature.


  2. try this . . . go jogging with your mouthpiece in!!!!!!!!  LOL.  Start slow and build up.  You might also try this old training routine . . . do 1000 punches.  Every 200 punches switch your stance.  Build up to full power.  You will never punch yourself out in a fight this way.  After your strong try doing 1000 kicks . . .

  3. Yoga, Boxing, Weightlifting, Skipping Rope, Wrestling, Swimming,  

  4. A well rounded physical fitness program would help you.  A healthy exercise program addresses all five aspects of physical fitness: aerobic endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and body fat composition.
