What are some things i can do to help me with my toetouches?Cheer tryouts are soon so please help me!=]

i can do them a little bit but i lean forward and my legs are not going high enough

  1. well.. if you get ankle weights and just keep jumping once you take off the weights your legs will go much higher. also, stretch while watching tv, or in spare time. don't drop your chest, keep it straight. hope this helps. (:


  2. Take a kitchen chair with a back that you can get a good grip on (So preferably not one that's rounded) and then use it to support yourself while you practice the jump with your legs. This'll help you get more height to your jumps and help you with your flexability.

  4. Stretch Stretch Strech! What you can do though is if you have a big mirror do them in front of that and see what you need to improve and you can also have someone film for you too. And they dont really look on how high you can go the look for the form of them. And also sit down and get the form of how a toetouch would look and stay straight as you can to get use to them being like that. That helped me ALOT..(I made my squad but i had to quit, because i couldnt make cheer camp...)
