What are some things that Australia & Mexico have in common?

I am making a Venn diagram about Mexico & Australia. But I can't think of things that Australians like that Mexicans don't. I am also having trouble thinking of things we have in common.

I can't think of many either, except for the ones already mentioned.... common things: a very wide variety of climates, eco systems, animal and plants species..... Beautiful ocean, coral reefs, beaches.... I guess another thing in common is that we eat very weird things that they don't have or they don't eat in other countries.... in Mexico we eat insects, ant eggs, the fungus that grows in corn, etc..... you guys eat crocodile, ostrich, kangaroo, etc.... Musical tastes are also similar, as we like the american-type pop and rock and so do you.

Things you like that we don't?? Probably VEGEMITE!!! LOL..... another thing we don't have in common is the immigration: you have a lot of people from Middle East and SE Asia (mostly) coming to reside in your country, while we don't really get a lot of ppl wanting to move in Mexico but on the opposite: a bunch of ppl trying to get OUT and live in the USA, and even central and south american people coming here just in order to reach the USA and live there. Another thing which we don't have in common is the language, of course. We also live in opposite hemispheres of the planet so your weather is exactly he opposite of ours at any given time of the year (spring-fall, winter-summer).

We both are countries that were conquered by an European power (England - you, Spain - us) and then gained independence and became sovereign countries.

That's about all I can think of......
