What are some things that are in this season?

what are some fashion must-haves this fall/winter season? i know some like a metallic bomber jacket and plaid coat but what are some others? thanks:)

anything plaid.

mostly jackets though.

umm im not too sure on anything else because everyone has their own style.

dont go too much for whats in though, go for what you like.

so what if other people dont think is "all the rage"

According to Neiman Marcus, Fall's Magnificent Seven are:

- Berry Colors like reds, purples, magenta, and amethyst.

- High vamp shoes. These are high heels usually with an open toe and stitching or laces. Look for shoe styles that look classic.

- Satin

- Lace

- Sleek shapes that accentuate the body's natural curves.

- Beautiful blouses with lots of individual style going back to the 20's.

- Statement Jewelry, stuff that has a lot of presence on your body and  is unique to you. Similar to costume jewelry except it doesn't look cheap.

In magazines I've seen:

- Oversized cardigans and sweater vests.

- Jackets, blazers, and shirts with school crests on them. A good brand for example is Buffalo.

- Big buttons and buckles.

- Fashion similar to Mary Tyler Moore. Her beret and scarf have become classic.

And last but not least, Shiny plastic and enamel on your shoes and bag can really make an outfit interesting.

Well while on my holidays in Italy these are some of the things I noticed:

-Chunky Grey and Purple knits.

-Lots of purple

-The London punk style.

-Big Purple leather bags.

-Lots of red Plaid stuff.
