i have dance exams today and im feeling a bit nervous anyone got any suggestions?

  1. All I can say is, try (What I call), Deep Breathing exercises, to control breathing better, to help you relax, try to Think Positive, (Less negative), keep saying,  I can do well, I can do well, I will do well, I will do well, or even maybe try some remedies  you can get from a Health shop, for example, something called " Kalms ", which as been know to help you calm down / relax more,  Sorry that all about all I can think of for now, hope that helps a bit...
