  1. Well, water is a good thing to be drinking, along with any fluids, to flush out your system.

My mom always said that if I'm at the point that something sounds good, to eat it.

Maybe not eat a TON of it, but if spagetti sounds good or something, have a little bit of it.

  2. of the soups miso soup is best, plus there is a lot of flavor.

sushi is good too. simply fish and rice.

pasta with a olive oil sauce and fresh veggies

  3. My mother used to give us non-dairy sherbert when I was a kid.  Won't upset your stomach like dairy ice-cream can, tastes good, has liquid, and won't make anything worse.

  4. rice and chicken. just a little though... not a lot. common, be a tough man (or woman) and keep eating that soup!!!

  5. If you like chile peppers, eat those.  That'll send your mucus flying!

Also, eat plenty of garlic and ginger--these are warming, anti-microbial foods (cinnamon can also be good.)

Eat fruits and vegetables and make 'em hot and spicy to keep things flowing in your sinuses.

I'd skip the dairy products because they make me more mucus-y and they might do the same to you.

If you like mushrooms, load up on them because they can have a tonic effect.

  6. Well I know how you feel eat some fruit and veggies and for dinner or lunch you can eat noodles you can eat a lot of things pizza Etc that's what i always do and i get better. I hope u feel better and hope this helps!! :)

  7. Orange Juice Vitamin C may shorten the duration of your cold, helping you get back on your feet.

Oatmeal, bananas, fish, chicken, turkey They help maintain the health of organs that make infection-fighting white blood cells.

Apples, cranberries, tomato sauce These contain flavonoids, anti-inflammatory substances that can strengthen your immune system.

  8. eat lots of citrusy fruits. they are full of vitamin c which helps your immune system.
