  1. HYGIENE HYGIENE HYGIENE!

Seriously, you need to heed all advice you are given about storage and maintenance procedures. Only ever use clean fingers and consult your optometrist before changing solutions.

    Some other things...

Try not to rub your eyes, mine once moved to the back of my eye and a friend had to fish it out.

I've dropped a fair few of mine before putting them in, so just watch it.

Carry some solution, a mirror, spare contacts and the little tubs your store them in at all times in case they start to hurt.

Be careful about the kind of eye make up and remover you use- always put contacts in after putting on makeup, out before you take them out

One last thing... make sure you store them in solution, use clean hands and rinse the contact before you put them in.

Good luck, I'm sure you'll enjoy them!
