What are some things you can do to your car to make your car lighter in weight reduction?

Don't even think about saying car seats. LOL I'm not taking out my car seats in my car. Name some other things besides that. I know that sports cars when upgrading you can modify it by going about weight reduction so what are some things to make it lighter in weight. I have a Toyota Celica GT-S and I'm trying to make it lighter in weight, its weight 2500 on average trying to get it light like a Lotus or some other sports car at the same time while putting all the power into it as well. Torque increase plus weight reduction.

If you're not willing to take out the seats I'm guessing you're unwilling to strip much of the interior? That's where you are going to rid of most of the weight.  Lighter wheels would help and would enhance the appearance. I guess just remove everything that you don't need (or want).

Pretty simple. Take out anything that doesn't need to be there. No carpet, no sound proofing, etc.

Carbon fiber body panels then, since I would have said seats.  Get the lightest wheel and tire combination.  A smaller battery and few accessories.  Do you need a stereo & heavy speakers too?  Aluminum engine parts and drill your crash bars behind bumpers or replace with aluminum.  You didn't mention safety, if you just want to go light?  Hard to answer in some ways.
