What are some tips for going to sleep earlier?

I need to start going to sleep earlier now & My school starts on aug 25. So not much time to get used to start going to sleep.

What can I do to make myself start going to sleep earlier?

Tips will be helpful too

  1. u can drink some warm milk and also honey before going to bed.

    u can also hear to some soothing music or read some books(preferably not horror books!).A warm shower an hour before ur sleep will also help.

    never bring work into ur bedroom!leave some time between the time u finish work and the time u sleep,so that ur can mind can rest.  


  2. Try your last suggestion. The first night is always a little restless, but your body will be insync by the end of the week. Avoiding caffeine after 5pm helps to and don't exercise right before you go to bed.

  3. You walk in a cool breeze in about one hour or so before going to bed. or drink some milk. You sleep like a baby.

  4.            if the things they said does not work i sometimes take simpy sleep its over the counter sleep aid.it works for me.good luck
