I need some tips to help get the most padding on the insole of my cycling shoes, without causing my shoes to be cramped. I already have dr. shcols air pillow insoles, but it seems that i need more padding. Really, just on the fore foot. My reason being is that I have mortons neuroma in both feet and even the slighest amount of pressure against a hard surface causes problems.

  1. are you gelling?

You know, like the commercial says. It seems like it would provide much more cushion than air/foam. You can get smaller sized cushion just for the forefoot.

  2. I would suggest going to your nearest shimano custom fit shoe centre, for your shoes. These shoes then fit lke a glove so I would think reduce any pressure points. Hope it helps.

  3. I'm confused...your foot can't take the pressure, but you wear cycling shoes? Clipless pedals, then? You might want to think about going to toe-clips and wearing a pair of Yip-mans. You know, Yip man shoes. The slip-on tennis shoes. Kinda like these:

    Seriously.
