Let it come from your heart. Make many drafts. Use things such as alliteration,  vivid verbs(like...instead of "flying through the sky", try "soaring through the sky(or think of something better for sky)."

Well, if you're trying to write a rhyming poem, make each line that has to rhyme end with a word that is easily rhymed with. For example, instead of this:

My teacher likes to talk

I'd like to walk out the door

You could change the last line easily to this:

My teacher likes to talk

Out the door I'd like to walk

And it's still grammatically correct.
