What are some tips on volleyball tryouts?

I had my first tryout today but I feel like I didn't get to impress the coaches. I have it 8 to 1:30 and the next three days, what are some things that impress coaches?

have a good attitude, be happy! and when ur practicing keep ur head up and encourage others that aren't as good

just concetrate and do wat uve been taught!!!coaches look for skill but they also look for leaders who can bring spirit to theyre team so when u make a mistake just shake it off and keep going!

Be really happY! don't be a downer! support your team and just put a lot of effort into everything you do

staying low and correct footwork. sometimes coaches don't care if the pass is great. it's if you do it correctly. Also if you are always positve. if you let yourself get down about one stupid pass and they see it. it's not at all very attractive as a good volleyball player in their eyes. And when they try to give you hints. dont say i know because that is a pet peeve. just say you'll try it. it makes a coach feel respected. and if you have fun people tend to do better. just think. a lot of girls can't play volleyball and here we are taking it for granted. have fun. good luck.
