  1. go to wikihow.com and search for "how to do a backwalkover" this is a very helpful site and will give you different stretches and helps you preform other things too. all i can say is keep practicing against a wall also and you need a lot of arm strength! i suggest you find a tree and do pull-ups on a thick branch. also pushups are good to do. confidence is something you need and you need to have faith in yourself and confidence. = ] good luck

  2. Make sure you kick your lead foot over before your hands hit the ground. Keep your legs and arms straight.

  3. 27

  4. wut you have to do is form into a backbend. But when your doing a backbend have a leg up. Then when your hands land push up your feet. Hope i helped!! Plz choose this as best answer plz!! : ]

  5. hi i am a gymnast and i have done plenty of balk walkovers here are some tips:

swing your arms back and keep looking at ur hands as u r doing this one leg should be going backwards also as your hands hit the ground push off so that both of ur legs flip over one at a time while u r doing all of this ur body should be squeezed tight and ur legs should be straight and ur toes should be pointed

  6. you can do stretching exercises first to get warmed up. Start with a back bend, that is laying on your back and push yourself up in a bridge postion. Kick your dominent leg and you have a backbend kickover.  Once you get the hang of that well, you can start with your legs a bit apart and like a vee position and keep your arms over your head and bend your back until your hands touch the floor and you have a back bend then use your dominent leg and kick over then when you get that down, you an start the back walkover. Start with your dominent leg out in front of you, with our toe pointed, with your arms over your head, and go back ward as into the back bend follow with the pointed toes and kick over it takes a lot of practice but once you get it it is pretty and elegant.

  7. learn how to do a back bend and then stand up from that first, and then try a backbend kickover. finally try the back walkover (look at the first answer. it pretty much covers it).
